Hawkrose has developed a Balance of Investment application which allows users to explore the future capability, cost, and deliverability of organisations with large capital portfolios.
- The strength of the application is its ability to generate 1,000s of “what if?” scenarios in the room.
- The application is built on top of the Hawkrose optimisation module, meaning the system can identify a high performing (near global) solution, based on user-determined parameters. The outputs are free from human bias and thus provide excellent use cases for subsequent debate.
- The tool can run multiple scenarios, where variables are changed (e.g. policy, threat, geography, finance, industrial capacity, personnel). This can be used to ‘stress test’ the solution.
